Improving Download Performance

1. Try downloading the split version of the game. Since it comes in several smaller files, downloading each smaller file is more likely to succeed than downloading one much larger file.
2. Download at a less busy time, such as earlier in the morning or later at night in Pacific Standard Time.
3. Try using a download manager. For example, there are some listed at http://www.tucows.com/manager95.html. A download manager will allow you to resume downloading where you left off. Internet Explorer may do this as well if you download to the same target file location.
4. Report this problem to your ISP, and have them check your internet connection for problems.
